Before proceeding to the application, here's what to expect:

  • Applying for a makeover begins by signing up to ProMinister and adding a billing method to verify your application – you will not be charged
  • Once your application is verified, our team will reach out to confirm your application has been approved
  • Next, we’ll request professional photos of your church.
  • Makeovers take ~4 weeks to complete once your new photos are received and edited
  • Your setup and website design are both 100% free
  • When your website is ready, you’ll receive 30 days of free hosting and we’ll invite you to schedule a call with an expert on our team to review your launch plan
  • After 30 days of free hosting, the cost of hosting your new website on ProMinister is NGN30,000/month
  • When your design is delivered to you, your new website will be complete and ready to launch. That being said, there are certain components of website development that are beyond the scope of a makeover – for example: sermon archive migration, select integrations with third-party platforms, blog migration, etc. These items will be communicated to you on your call with our team. And your launch checklist will help you tick off every final item.
  • Once your design is complete, we’ll give you the keys to your new website! The ProMinister website was made to be used by church staff and volunteers. No web experience or coding skills are needed. Want to make an edit? It’s easy. Need a new page? Consider starting with a done-for-you template. Want a crash course on how to use ProMinister? Join a live class or go through the demo with our founder. We’re here to support you every step of the way and empower you with the tools to manage the site yourself once we hand it off to you. In other words, let the design the website, the build, and all the heavy lifting – then you take it from there. 🙌
